Shipping Policy

Please allow 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS (Monday-Friday) for processing unless otherwise noted at the home page and top of website. You will not receive your tracking until your order is processed on our end. Turn around time is subject to change depending on sales and order volume. Please check Ramblin Darlin Facebook group or the banner at the top of the website for up to date turn around times.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Please keep this in mind before contacting us for order statuses. 

  • We consider our business hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
  • Weekends and Federal Holidays do not count as a business day
  • Once a shipping label is created, please allow 24-48 hours for “movement” as USPS acceptance into their system may vary.
  • Once a shipping label is created, orders may not be picked up until the following business day by USPS.  

We DO NOT guarantee shipping times. Please note that once an order is sent, it is out of our hands, and anything concerning your package should be followed up with USPS. Packages may take longer during peak times such as holidays. 

Please assure that your address is correct, as the one we are given is the one that will be used, whether this is through PayPal or Shopify. 

All shipping is currently based on weight, unless otherwise specified.

For optimal package protection/insurance for the FULL AMOUNT of your order, please keep "Route" protection ADDED at checkout. It is automatically applied at checkout but can be deselected optionally by the buyer. 

This covers the cost of lost, damaged or stolen items. We also recommend the app to receive real-time shipping updates. https://route.com/

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Ramblin Darlin is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Ramblin Darlin is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Therefore, we highly recommend selecting an insured and trackable mail service at checkout. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Ramblin Darlin will not refund or exchange any molds with self inflicted damage (ie. cutting a hole in the mold for eyelet screws to be baked in).

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products and that all orders are made after being placed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Any exceptions will be made at our sole discretion. 

All molds are handmade & hand poured at the time of an order being placed. Small & superficial imperfections may occur including: 3-D Print lines, microscopic bubbles, microscopic debris, incomplete lines, stray glitter, etc. 

We quality control each mold to the best of our ability to make sure no large defects occur on the freshie side of the mold, where your product would be affected. 

If you are using the molds for anything other than freshies (chocolates or food related), PLEASE let us know so we can send the proper silicone. Any failure to let us know is not Ramblin Darlin’s fault for sending out a mold that is unusable for food. Contact us as soon as possible and we can help you get the correct product at the buyer’s cost.

Damages or Defects 

If there is a large defect AND your freshie is compromised as a result, please contact us immediately with a picture. We want to make it right and will happily send out a new mold. If a refund is requested, we will send a return label, and once product is received, we will issue a refund.  

I am only human, and I can miss things so please contact me immediately if you have any issues so I can make it right.

Hours of Operation

We accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Because I am a one-person company, I am not always immediately available to answer your emails or messages (though I do try). I will respond to you within 24 hours to resolve any issues or to answer any questions you may have! During the weekends, answer times may be delayed. Please send contact us with any questions you might have. 

Molds

All molds can be used for Freshies, Soaps, Candles, Resin, and is food safe (please notify us if you are using for food!). All molds are heat resistant up to 480 degrees.

Store Policy

We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
